Addressing issues like slow, error-prone manual recording, limited data storage, and security vulnerabilities, the system allows students to seamlessly record their attendance via RFID cards while faculty and administrators authenticate access us- ing fingerprint scans. The project followed the Extreme Programming (XP) methodology, emphasizing user collaboration, frequent iterations, and continuous testing to ensure a user- centered solution. Data was gathered through interviews and surveys with CSPC students and IT experts, analyzed using the Arithmetic Mean, and evaluated through black-box test- ing, including system, acceptance, and security testing. The integration, performance, ac- ceptance, and security testing were completed in iterations, and the results showed that the system was completely functional, highly acceptable, and had a low risk of any issues, with an overall result of 1.00. The results showed significant improvements in efficiency and security, leading to the development of a Web Management System, a modern solution recommended for broader use to enhance attendance, security, and resource management in educational facilities.1 aInocentes, Clven Jay L.,eauthor.1 aRosales, Cris Angelo L.,eauthor. aSerrano, Philip Alger M.,eadviser. aRamizares, Maricris L.,echair, panelist. aPrades, Mhelrose B.,epanelist. aBeriña, Jonie M.,epanelist.
