The objective of this study was to assess the level of preparedness of Level 4 nursing students and to propose a plan to support CSPC Level 4 nursing students in their transition to real-world practice. Qualitative research was employed focusing on level 4 nursing students' narratives that were verbatim transcribed, examined, and grouped according to common themes. In order to further explore the respondents' responses, semi structured interviews were conducted with them using a random sample technique. Ten students between the ages of 20 to 23 took part in the study, and the interview took place for fifteen to twenty minutes. Three major themes were defined: (1) Preparedness in terms of Knowledge, (2) Preparedness in terms of Skills, and (3) Preparedness in terms of Attitude. Based on the study's findings, it was discovered that nursing students' knowledge of a certain subject was inadequate. In terms of skills, the case studies and tests aid nursing students in refining their abilities to assess patients and in developing their critical thinking and decision-making skills. Finally, in terms of attitude, nursing students develop the self assurance to operate independently and manage emergency situations.1 aOcampo, Sheena Mae S.,eauthor.1 aOrcine, Mary Rose M.,eauthor.1 aRull, Angeline B.,eauthor.1 aSabas, Thea Kathrina C.,eauthor. aTaburnal, Maria Visitacion M.,eadviser. aSalcedo, Maria Laarni, echair, panelist. aDe Villa, Luzviminda V.,epanelist. aBagacina, Sheela Mae N.,epanelist.
