This study, entitled "Developing the leadership and Organizational Skills among Sangguniang Kabataan Officials in the Municipality of Buhi, Camarines Sur," aimed to assess the leadership and organizational skills of Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) officials and identify the challenges they encounter in performing their duties. It also sought to determine if there is a significant relationship between the demographic profile of the respondents and their leadership and organizational skills. The study used a descriptive-correlational research design and involved 170 SK officials from selected barangays in the Municipality of Buhi, Camarines Sur. A researcher-made questionnaire using a 4-point Likert scale was used to collect the data. Frequency and percentage were utilized to describe the demographic profile of the respondents, while the weighted mean was used to determine the levels of leadership skills, organizational skills, and challenges encountered. An independent sample t-test was employed to determine differences in leadership and organizational skills when grouped according to sex, while one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to determine differences when respondents were grouped according to age, educational attainment, length of service, and number of trainings attended. The results showed that most of the respondents were aged 20-21 years old, female, college level, had served for 1-2 years, attended 3-4 trainings, and were SK councilors. The findings show that the leadership skills of the SK officials in terms of decision-making, communication, team motivation, and conflict resolution were rated as Always. Their organizational skills in terms of planning and scheduling, resource management, program implementation, and documentation and reporting were also rated as Always. The challenges encountered by the respondents were generally rated as sometimes encountered, which indicates that the issues were manageable. Moreover, the results showed that there was no significant relationship between the respondents' demographic profile and their leadership and organizational skills.
