This study investigates the impact of Flexible Work Arrangements (FWAs) on the productivity of employees at Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC)-Buhi Campus, as remote and hybrid work systems became widely adopted in the post-pandemic period prompting educational institutions like CSPC to assess how such arrangements influence employee performance, efficiency. and work-life balance. Utilizing a mixed-method research design, the study collected data from 25 teaching and non-teaching employees through validated survey questionnaires and semi-structured interviews, employing descriptive statistics to measure productivity indicators such as task accomplishment. punctuality, work quality, efficiency, and communication, while thematic analysis captured employee experiences regarding challenges and benefits of FWAs. Findings reveal that employees generally perceive FWAs as beneficial, particularly in reducing travel time, offering scheduling flexibility, and improving work-life balance; however, challenges such as unstable internet connectivity, distractions at home, limited supervision, communication barriers, and scare technological resources negatively affect productivity, with results also showing varying productivity levels across demographic profiles, although most respondents maintain respondents maintain satisfactory performance in flexible setups. The study emphasizes the need for institutional support, reliable digital infrastructure, clear communication protocols, and policy standardization to maximize productivity under FWAs, ultimately providing evidence-based insights that may guide CSPC administrators in refining flexible work policies tailored to the needs of provincial academic institutions while contributing to the growing body of literature on FWAs within rural public higher education settings in the Philippines.
