129 leaves. This research examined how well Total Quality Management (TQM) works in the document management and filling system of CSPC Buhi Campus. The main goal was to measure how much TQM was put into practice and how effective it was in managing documents. The important factors included TQM principles such as customer focus, employee involvement, process centered, communication and continuous improvement; along with the effectiveness of document management concerning accessibility, completeness, security and confidentiality. The study was conducted at CSPC Buhi Campus during Academic Year 2024-2025. The respondents of this study are total of 20 Regular Administrative Officers. Additionally, data was collected through a structured survey questionnaire to assess TQM implementation, system effectiveness, challenges, and best practices. A quantitative research method was used in this study. Results showed that TQM principles were mostly applied well in the document management system. Customer service was found to be effective, with employees actively involved in daily document management task and operations following organized procedures with clear communications. The aspects of document management such as accessibility, completeness, and security and confidentiality were seen as effectively maintained. However, challenges were identified, including strategic planning for TQM, outdated technology, difficulties in tracking processes, and resistance to changes in procedures. The study concludes that while CSPC Buhi Campus shows a strong use of TQM in document management, ongoing improvement in areas like strategic planning, technology upgrades, and feedback systems is needed to maintain quality, efficiency, and long-term effectiveness of the filing operations at CSPC Buhi Campus.
