Specifically, the research sought to identify the demographic characteristics of the workforce, determine the extent of quality control practices implemented, examine the perceived efficiency of office operations, and identify challenges encountered in applying these practices. A descriptive research method was employed, utilizing a structured questionnaire answered by cooperative employees. Statistical tools such as weighted mean and percentage distribution were used to analyze the data and determine trends and relationships among variables. Results showed that most employees belonged to the 31-35 and 36-40 age groups, indicating a mature and experienced workforce. The findings further revealed strong adherence to quality control processes, particularly in standard operating procedures, inventory auditing, monitoring and evaluation, documentation, and feedback mechanisms. This consistent compliance has contributed to improved office efficiency, promoting orderly workflow, accountability, and transparency. Overall, the study concludes that quality control practices play a vital role in enhancing operational performance within the cooperative. It is recommended that the organization strengthen its monitoring, documentation, and feedback systems to sustain and further improve efficiency, ensuring continued productivity and organizational development. 1 aLabro, Claudette F., eauthor. 1 aLibreja, Justin Mike Paul C., eauthor. 1 aOliveros, Josefin N., eadviser. 1 aLuzon, April Z., epanelist, chair. 1 aInfante, Leonisa O., epanelist.1 aVillar, Mariber M., epanelist.
