N2 - The work-from-home setup has become an alternative mode of work in many institutions, including higher education, bringing changes to how employees perform their duties. This study focused on assessing the work productivity of employees at Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges-Buhi Campus who were assigned to a work-from-home setup. It examined their level of productivity in terms of work performance, time management, communication, organizational support, and work-life balance, as well as the factors that may influence their productivity while working remotely. A descriptive research design was used in the study. The respondents were employees of Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges-Buhi Campus who experienced the work-from-home arrangement. Data were gathered through a research-made survey questionnaire and were analyzed using a weighted mean to interpret the results. The findings showed that employees were generally able to maintain a satisfactory level of productivity while working from home. Many respondents were able to complete their tasks efficiently and manage their time effectively. Support from the institution and clear communication also contributed positively to their work performance. However, some difficulties were encountered, particularly in balancing work responsibilities with personal and household concerns. The study concludes that while the work-from-home setup can sustain employee productivity, continuous support, proper guidelines and appropriate policies are essential to address existing challenges and improve overall work efficiency.
