This research aimed to determine the career planning of the Bachelor of Science in Office Administration Students of Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges. The objectives of the study is to identify the profile of the BSOA students, to be able to determine the career plans of the BSOA students along with entry level jobs, advanced office position, specialized administrative office profession and entrepreneurial, also determine the different attributes possessed by the BSOA in terms of their knowledge, skills and attitude. Lastly, be able to proposed promotional tool for the BSOA students to be prepared for their future careers. The respondents of this study were the two hundred eighty-two (282) random students from the Bachelor of Science in Office Administration. In conducting the study, the researchers made use of the descriptive method and utilized the different statistical tools such as the percentage, weighted mean and rank ordering method in order to easily interpret the gathered data. For the results of the gathered data it shows that majority of the respondents were female, have the age of 18-20 years old and single. In terms of the career plans of the students, in the entry level jobs majority of them choose the clerk/encoder, in the advanced office position majority of them choose the executive secretary or assistant, in the specialized administrative office profession the students choose legal secretary and lastly, in the entrepreneurial they choose being a trainer of administrative support staff. When it comes to the attributes possessed by the students the overall findings revealed that the knowledge, skills and attitude were interpreted as strong. This shows that the Bachelor of Science in Office Administration Students have a strong knowledge, skills and attitude that they can adopt and apply in their career in the future. Through those questions stated in the questionnaire the respondents have assessed themselves and will be helpful for their career planning. As an output of this study, the researchers proposed a promotional tool that will serve as a basis and is useful for the students to be prepared for their chosen careers in the future. It will give information that they need for them to have an idea about the program and the different career opportunities it offers.
