In this study, the researchers examine the various stress-coping mechanisms employed by the Bachelor of Science in Office Administration (BSOA) students at Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC). The purpose of the study is to shed light on the different methods that students employ to effectively cope with stressors they encounter during their academic journey. To get an adequate representation of the BSOA student population, 298 individuals who were strictly BSOA students were selected as respondents. The researchers used a survey questionnaire that was carefully created and distributed via Google Forms as the primary instrument for collecting data. With the help of a descriptive survey approach, the researchers conducted a detailed process of gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data. Several statistical methods, such as weighted mean, percentage approach, and Slovin's formula, were employed to obtain crucial insights. The results of the study reveal that BSOA students use various coping strategies that are closely associated with the stress indicators they encounter. The large quantity of information gathered made it possible to gain an in-depth understanding of how students deal with stress. Based on the extensive results, the researchers developed a plan of action to carry out focused treatments that target particular stressors discovered throughout the study phase. The ultimate goal of the strategy is to create a student body that is more adaptable and resilient, with a collection of useful coping strategies suited to their particular difficulties. This study not only identifies the present situation of stress management techniques among BSOA students at CSPC, but it also guides educational establishments looking to take a proactive approach to student well-being. The comprehensive understanding obtained from this study serves as a basis for creating customized interventions and support systems that correspond with the individual requirements of students, creating an atmosphere that is beneficial for their overall well-being.
