TI - Awareness and knowledge of engineering students on elsevier knovel engineering / N1 - Undergraduate Theses (BLIS) - Library and Information Science; Includes bibliographical references N2 - Technological innovation has significantly impacted academic libraries and the research environment. E-resources and digital publications delivered online have transformed the way materials are accessed and used in academic libraries. Therefore, promotional videos and the online library module are essential for accessing the electronic resources in the CSPC Library to assist the students on how they navigate the Elsevier Knovel; however, they are still not aware of using online resources. This descriptive-correlational method focused on formulating and analyzing the level of awareness and level of knowledge of Elsevier Knovel Engineering. The researchers made a survey questionnaire, and by the use of purposive sampling, 328 respondents were randomly selected. From the present research study, the researchers found out that based on the profile, out of 328 respondents, 55.8% are in 3rd year and 44.2% are in 2nd year. It was determined that the relationship between level of awareness and level of knowledge is significant. In the quantitative results, it was noted that the 2nd year and 3rd year engineering students are slightly aware of accessing Elsevier; are slightly knowledgeable to access Elsevier. With the foregoing results, this study recommends a promotional video to promote the Elsevier not just for the engineering students but to everyone who wants to utilize the Elsevier ER -
