Despite international efforts, challenges persist in achieving optimal breastfeeding initiation and continuation rates. This study is prompted by concerns about low exclusive breastfeeding rates in specific areas of the Philippines, particularly in Albay, Nabua, Bato, and Iriga. The research aims to assess the effectiveness of breastfeeding education campaigns, identify barriers faced by breastfeeding mothers, and propose an action plan to enhance breastfeeding education. The theoretical foundation integrates Swanson's Theory of Caring and the Transtheoretical Model, providing a comprehensive framework to explore the experiences of breastfeeding mothers. The conceptual framework adopts an Input-Process-Output Model, ensuring a systematic approach to understanding and improving breastfeeding practices. A combination of the descriptive survey method and correlational research design is employed. La Purisima, located in Nabua, Camarines Sur, Statistical treatment involves the percentage technique, weighted mean, Chi-square test, Likert scale, and Kendall's coefficient of concordance. A total of 90 respondents are involved in the study. Results show that mothers disagreed with the effectiveness of education campaigns and agreed that barriers affect their breastfeeding journey, and the profile of the respondents have no significant relationship between the effectiveness of the breastfeeding education campaign. This study holds significance for breastfeeding mothers, infants, families, health workers, and future researchers. This study may provide important information regarding the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding, such as lowering the risk of infections or diseases and reducing the risk of postpartum depression. This study aims to serve as a resource for mothers starting their breastfeeding journey, providing beneficial instructional resources and support. This aim may be achieved by raising public awareness through educational efforts in local areas, offering correct and up-to-date information, and encouraging the discovery of new insights.1 aCorporal, Patricia Ann T.eauthor.1 aSalting, Cheerish Ann R.eauthor.1 aSendon, Donalyn S.eauthor.1 aViray, Marjorie P.eauthor. aTalangan, Jhunna M.eadviser. aVibares, Lorna N.echair, panelist. aDaligdig, Ma.
