This study examined all the students' perception regarding the newly implemented technique, determined the students' level of perception on the implementation of OSCE, and identified any challenges they encountered during the application. The researcher's methodology employed was descriptive- correlational, utilizing a modified surveyed questionnaire distributed to 201 respondents. This study utilized the slovin's formula, percentage techniques, weighted mean, and chi- square as the statistical tools used to analyze the data collected. This study concludes the following findings: it reveals that most of the respondents are 21 years old, with a percentage of 61 percent. And it shows that most of the respondents are female, with a percentage of 79 percent across all sections. All the respondents got good grades in OSCE, with a grade of 91-95 and a percentage of 42 percent. The respondents answered with a majority in perceived acceptability, which ranked as number one. OSCE was an evaluation instrument that assisted them in practicing fundamental skills. It also revealed that the student's lowest result was that, apart from a written examination, OSCE was not a challenging type of test. In the challenges that students experienced during the application of OSCE, the number one was time pressure due to the allotted time for performing procedures. Additionally, the researchers found out that the profile of the respondent had no significant relationship with the perceived acceptability of an objective structured clinical examination. The research provided a plan to enhance the implementation of Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE). Furthermore, recommendations included that the student should have prepared in advance for the upcoming OSCE, and the clinical instructor should have provided an update one week beforehand for the students to be prepared.1 aPentecostes, Nicole Anne L.eauthor.1 aPraxides, Ajay O.eauthor.1 aTaduran, Valerie C.eauthor.1 aTuriano, Joshua I.eauthor. aVillanueva, Paulo Martin B.eadviser. aObis, Joyce S.echair, panelist. aSabio, Hayres Boots S.epanelist. aValeriano, Jopher A.epanelist. 2ddcn0cUMhM539aiBSNkUTHm2024 00102ddc4070aCSPCbCSPCcUTHd2025-12-04l0oUTH BSN M539a 2024p007061UMr2025-12-04 16:05:54t1-1w2025-12-04yUM c31080d31080
