These salted eggs are commonly recognized as versatile ingredients in various culinary dishes and applications. However, the traditional egg mudding method consumes more time in production and intensive efforts made by small farmers and producers. The paper focuses on the design and development of a machine on a small scale and automates this process such as egg mudding which reduces manual labor and increases productivity. The machine has improvised conveyors, rotating arm mechanism for transporting and coating the eggs, and compartment for egg storage. The size, distance between components, and selection of durable materials were additional important design factors to be considered. Careful attention is paid to mud consistency and egg breakage during the process. It is concluded that these given results, the built prototype and design were capable of coating the eggs.1 aBaldon, Maria Jenny T.eauthor.1 aPacer, John Kenneth N.eauthor.1 aBalasta, Jovelle M.eauthor.1 aGuanzon, Helbert L.eauthor.1 aAquino, Trishaeauthor. aBarbonio, Eugene P.eadviser. aCerillo, Jose Eduardo II, B.echair, panelist. aBustinera, Joeffrey D.epanelist. aIsaac, Victor Solito DR.epanelist.
