Winter Melon not only has healthy benefits but also has a unique taste that can be enjoyed by adults, children, or teenagers. The product Winter Melon Piaya comes with four pieces per pouch in the original size and six bite-sized pieces. The target market of JAXE Food Corner would be those who are in the municipality of Nabua, Camarines Sur with the age bracket of 10-59 years old. JAXE Food Corner will be offering two varieties of Winter melon Piaya which are the Original Size which is sold for Php 35.00 and the Bite-size will be sold for Php 30.00. The term of sale would be (1) direct sales for customers who can purchase the product directly in the JAXE Food Corner's store, (2) food stall that will be placed inside the CSPC campus to offer freshly cooked Winter Melon Piaya for a greater experience of eating hot cooked Piaya, and lastly, (3) Social media Platforms in order for the business to widen its reach of customers. The JAXE Food Corner partners namely Jayrilyn P. Belen, Jethri Jude B. Bulalacao, Elvin R. Moya, Arlene Joy B. Sedan and Xylene I. Uvero will operate the business. Partners will equally contribute Php 5,337.57 as the initial fund of the business. As said in the Partnership, everyone will share equal responsibility for the business.
