<subfield code="a">The study focused on the Market Acceptability of the Production and Entrepreneurial Development Services (PEDS) at Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges, emphasizing its effectiveness in meeting the needs of its target audience and supporting the institution's income-generating initiatives. It aimed to determine the profiles of the respondents and the factors influencing their purchasing decisions based on the marketing mix elements: product, price, place, and promotion, as well as their acceptability level. A descriptive research design was employed, and cluster sampling was utilized to ensure a diverse representation of students based on their expertise and insight into market acceptability and the effectiveness of PEDS. A total of 359 respondents from the College of Tourism, Hospitality, and Business Management Department participated in the survey. Will Kenton's marketing mix (4Ps) framework be applied in the theoretical framework? The results revealed that the Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management program had the highest population within the College of Tourism, Hospitality, and Business Management Department. It was also found that most of the second-year students frequently purchased products from PEDS. The factors influencing customers' purchasing decisions regarding PEDS received the following overall mean: product, 3.34; place, 3.32; price, 3.24; and promotion, 3.17. These scores collectively indicated an overall agreement rating. Furthermore, the overall acceptability level of PEDS was deemed acceptable, with a mean score of 3.32 in terms of product, place, price, and promotion. The researchers proposed recommendations to enhance PEDS by implementing affordable pricing strategies and offering discounts on every order to elevate customer satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases. A marketing plan and marketing tools were developed to guide and support the enhancement of the business, aiming to make it more competitive, attract more customers, and better satisfy their needs and preferences.</subfield>
