Their 2021 album "Kuwaderno," is a testament of the band's artistic existence and quest for love, identity, social issues, and self-discovery, and those which caught well in people's hearts amidst and even before the COVID-19 pandemic. Both lexical sense and that of relational, symbolic, conceptual, and distributional models and contextual sense, attuned to a wide range of situational, personal, and linguistic contexts, are tackled by the research in the hope of unearthing the rich texture of sense which the lyrics contain and contributing to the existing body of knowledge of the intersection of language, culture, and identity in Philippine popular music. The findings of this research gave valuable insights on the emotional and poetic sense given in Ben&Ben songs, with regard to how songwriters can effectively transfer these messages and express profound emotions toward the audience, and uncover the interactive dynamics between music, sense, and context. Finally, this research is a comprehensive account of how song lyrics are interpreted and enjoyed through lexical and context models, adding value to the experience and enjoyment of the audience and the art form as well.1 aRazon, May Rhyne C.eauthor.1 aTormes, Lady Lyn G.eauthor. aRegalado, Elsa B.eadviser. aPontillas, Marlon S.echair, panelist. aNachor, Herbert John N.epanelist. aBuena, Nel Francis B.epanelist. 2ddcn0cUMhC181siABELSkUTHm2025 00102ddc4070aCSPCbCSPCcUTHd2025-10-15l0oUTH ABELS C181s 2025p006920UMr2025-10-15 12:48:23t1-1w2025-10-15yUM c30734d30734
