This study generally aims to determine the records management practices of Sangguniang Kabataan Key officials in the different barangays in Nabua, Camarines Sur, in terms of record creation, record maintenance, and record disposition, and to know the current policies and factors affecting the records management practices of the respondents. Through this study, researchers evaluated and determined the records management practices initially through a dry run and solicited responses through the use of a survey questionnaire in the fifteen (15) barangays in Nabua West, consisting of La Purisima, Inapatan, Malawag, San Vicente Gorong Gorong, Dolorosa, Topas Proper, Topas Sogod, Tandaay, Angustia, and Sto. Domingo, Duran Nieerva, San Roque Sagumay, San Roque Madawon, Salvacion Quegatos, and Aro Aldao. Further, the Sangguniang Kabataan key officials the Chairman, Kagawads, and Secretary served as the respondents in this study. The descriptive method was the primary research design used in the collection, organization, presentation, and analysis of data. According to the study's results, it was revealed that the Sangguniang Kabataan in the different barangays in Nabua, Camarines Sur, still needed a secure facility and more space for their files and important documents, as well as platforms and policies to dispose of those files and documents that were no longer needed. It is imperative that SK key officials establish a strong record-management system since they play a vital role in our community, especially with the youth. As a result of the survey, there were recommendations that were formulated through an action plan, and one of these was to strengthen the partnership between the youth represented by the SK key officials and the Local Government Units (LGUs) that will help them to have a room facility to maintain the well-arrangement of files and documents from records creation, records maintenance, and records disposition.
