This initiative will uncover the agarwood industry's status while exploring its unknown, driving innovation and improvement, and making it competitive locally and abroad. The economic impact of agarwood shall also be included to determine how this industry can boost jobs and increase revenue. It is also vital that the significant relationship between registered and unregistered farms in terms of annual income and other variables be defined to lay the foundation for a better alternative when engaging in the industry. As the researcher embarks on the journey, the methodology used to simplify the research and determine the results will include qualitative and quantitative research methods in the research analysis to provide accurate observations that will give reliable recommendations in the industry. The study shows that registered agarwood farms experienced higher incomes than unregistered farms. The latter still provide greater adaptability and initiative as they improve their everyday practices, often relying on inventive yet informal methods. Some of the challenges include, but are not limited to, limited connections with financial funding, pest and disease management, and inadequate uniform cultivation practices. Opportunities were found in the global demand for agarwood, eco-tourism potential, and the interest in sustainable management practices in the agarwood industry. Hence, the researcher hereby recommends a policy that simplifies the registration process, improves market access and export opportunities, creates training programs for farmers, develops sustainable agarwood farming, and creates a cooperative to represent the interests of agarwood producers. aEconomic impact. aSustainable practices. aOdsinada, Cherry Lyn M.eadviser. aObrero, Niño Martin P.echair, panelist. aSirios, Christine Margoux M.epanelist. aBerina, Nenet B.epanelist.
