The CCS NAS Laboratory adopted a manual door lock system while keeping logs by hand which resulted in security and operational and trustworthiness inadequacies. The re-searchers created eLock as an automatic smart door lock system containing three security layers which combine fingerprint recognition alongside PIN code entry methods together with real-time access tracking through an online dashboard. Only approved staff members gain access through this system because it implements automatic access record keeping which improves security measures and traceability. The black-box testing evaluated how well the system functioned and its feasibility and security measures and operational relia-bility. The system achieved a 1.00 response time rating from all user groups that included Lab Technicians and IT Experts and Lab-in-Charge personnel thereby validating the system stability. The Agile method supported both system success and made it flexible while en-suring dependability. The eLock system increased operational security features alongside essential critical processes which solved the laboratory's functional problems to enhance both reliability and transparency.
