This study examines the growth and marketing strategies of market retailers in the Municipality of Buhi, a region known for its scenic beauty and strong community spirit. Market retailers in Buhi play a vital role in the local economy, offering a diverse range of goods and services to meet the needs of their community. The study investigates the demographic profile of market retailers in Buhi, focusing on aspects like product offerings, organizational type, starting capital, years in operation, and number of employees. It also explores their perceived growth and development in terms of price, product, place, and promotion. Furthermore, the study delves into the marketing strategies employed by these retailers across these four key areas. The study involved a survey of 100 out of 242 market retailers in the Municipality of Buhi. Data was collected through a questionnaire that assessed the retailers' demographic profile, perceived growth and development, and marketing strategies. The findings revealed that market retailers in Buhi generally perceive their business to be growing and developing positively, particularly in terms of product offerings and promotion. They also reported employing strong marketing strategies, especially in relation to product and place. Market retailers in Buhi demonstrate a strong commitment to growth and development, utilizing a combination of traditional and modern marketing techniques. Their success is rooted in their understanding of local needs and their dedication to providing quality products and services. To enhance the business growth of market retailers in Buhi, the study recommends, encouraging participation in seminars and workshops to acquire new business and marketing skills. Promoting the reading of books and articles on market trends, entrepreneurship, and small business management. Emphasizing the value of products to customers, highlighting unique features, quality and benefits. Strategically choosing store locations with high foot traffic and visibility, considering demographics and competition.
