Despite that, students pursuing this degree often find themselves disoriented and lost due to absence of help and straightforward type of career path to explore. This study aims to offer valuable suggestions and alternative solutions to the challenges and opportunities experienced in the profession of office administration for educators, policymakers, and future administrative professionals focusing on areas such as administrative skills, work environment, well-being, worklife intigration, motivation, legal field, medical field, and other relevant field. The study employed a descriptive research method to assess the carrer ambitions and variers of 212 future administrative professionals (BSOA students) of Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges, Buhi Campus. Result suggest that these future administrative professionals, primarily female aged 21-22, encounter multitude of challenges emerging from skills, environment, and work-life integration. Moreover, the result show that these students have various aspiration related to career, ranging from the legal and medical field to non-traditional areas like entrepreneurship and event planning. In addition, the researchers created an intervention program seamlessly to allow greater career growth and advancement for future administrative professionals. It suggest that in order to prepare for the above, future administrative professional should be continually supported in areas such as emmerging technologies, project-based learning and the cross-training or the ongoing classes to help them develop the essential skills (collaboration, communication, time management, stress management) required for their jobs. Moreover, in addition to offering workshops on the Microsoft Office Suite, time management, mentorship programs and seminars on building resilience as well as taking care of their mental and physical health; the researchers also recommend that the institution should also provide the students wih relevant content that would help with their overall development and career growth ER -
