It also sought to identify recommendations to improve the Office Administration students' new normal education practices. The respondents of this study cover two hundred fifty-eight officially enrolled Office Administration students in Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges.

In conducting the study, the researchers made use of the descriptive method. Result show that students prefer Blended learning among LMS types and LMS platform that is highly practiced in new normal education is the Google meet. Student's attitude/values in the new normal shows that students' practices free access through mobile applications, and students also practice using devices or gadgets for learning. In terms of health protocols, the administrations best practices according to the students are required use of facemask.
