Situated within the domain of public administration, this research addresses the management and implementation of government policies, programs, and services. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing a developed survey questionnaire to collect data from the respondents. The primary objective was to identify any significant differences in job satisfaction between faculty members who adopted FWAs and those who did not. The findings provide valuable insights for researchers, administrators, policymakers, and human resource managers aimed at enhancing employee job satisfaction in the workplace. The results indicated no significant difference in the level of job satisfaction between the two groups, as the null hypothesis stating "there is no significant difference between the level of job satisfaction among regular faculty who adopted and those who did not adopt FWAs" was rejected. This suggests that, regardless of FWA adoption, regular faculty members are equally satisfied with their jobs and perform well ER -
