Education kiosks are changing the educational landscape by making it more accessible and inexpensive. These interactive stations provide independent learning, greater access to educational resources, fascinating learning experiences, and affordable solutions. Meanwhile, one of the greatest milestones as well as challenge of an Electrical Engineering student is to take their licensure examination which acts as the final test before they use their electrical engineering talents professionally. This study focuses on developing a device for 4th Year Electrical Engineering Students of Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges to help them focus and review more preparing them for their Board Examination after college. The developed Test Generator and Checker device was able to generate random questions per category-subcategory matter. Moreover, it can check the answered answer sheets it dynamically generated. The device was developed through a systematic steps or processes which were planning, designing, fabrication, initial testing, modification and final testing. On the other hand, the development of the system adopted Extreme Programming methodology. Then, the researchers utilized experimental research design describing the concepts and findings of the study. Through various evaluations of the device, particularly its usability, functionality, error prevention and recovery, the device overall functionality and successful development were demonstrated. Exclaiming its potential to revolutionize the pre-board examination setting and contribute to the overall learning environment of 4th Year Electrical Engineering Students of Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges, this research highlights the notable impact of technology in the educational setting.
