Hence, to address these challenges, a web-based Application and Review Portal was developed to efficiently organize, store, and retrieve research ethics records. The project aimed to identity pain points in the previous manual process of managing research ethics applications. develop the portal, and test it using black box testing. The Serum Agile methodology was employed for system development, incorporating a systematic approach that involved interviews, focus groups, and questionnaires. The system underwent testing using arithmetic mean to calculate average values, satisfaction scores, and user ratings. The results demonstrated that the system was fally functional, with an average arithmetic mean of 0.99 for User Acceptance, 1.00 for Use Case, and a security resting rating of 0.76. The implementation of the Application and Review Portal for the CSPC Research Ethics Board proved highly beneficial in improving the research ethics review process. 1 aBurce, Mark Israel A. eauthor1 aObsuna, Mary Rose N. eauthor1 aPalcon, Jessabel SA. eauthor aBenosa, Brenda Dy-Po. eadviser aVelasco, Kezia Abegail T. epanelist, chair. aManlapaz, Shiela Dona S. epanelist aNarvadez, Mark Joseph B. epanelist
