The healthcare industry heavily relies on effective inventory management to balance patient needs with resource availability. This system can handle waste elimination, monitoring medical equipment reports, and ensuring an appropriate supply of products and equipment, making it a crucial tool for institutions. Surveys and interviews were conducted with IT experts, supply officer, medical staff, pharmacist, and cashiers to determine the problems and difficulties they encountered. The collected data was analyzed using arithmetic mean Based on the results, the Medical Inventory Management System with Data Analytics passed the black box testing, proving that it is somewhat functional. Furthermore, the researchers developed the MediCare system the Medical Inventory Management System and the Patient Data Management System both integrated with data analytics in collaboration with Team Aries.
