Unfortunately, the Iriga City Public Library is not one of these educational institutions. With these, this study was conducted to develop a Library Management System equipped with one of the newest technologies, Quick Response, to help the management of administration at Iriga City Public Library. The study used a mixed-method research design to determine the problem encountered in the client's current procedures. The needed data were obtained through the interview questionnaire, survey, and test cases for system evaluation. The respondents were composed of twenty (20) patrons, twenty (20) guests, one (1) librarian, five (5) admin aides, and five (5) IT experts. The results showed that the main problems in the current processes were wrong data inputs due to manual recording of inventory and reports, incomplete logbook credentials, and manually checking out and returning learning materials, which takes time and effort. With these, the study's proponents developed a library management system equipped with QR technology with the modules Patron Management, Cataloging, Circulation, Inventory, and Report. The system was evaluated based on user acceptance and equivalence testing. The testing results with the developed system are completely functional, to the end-user, which means that it is ready for deployment, all modules are functioning, and free of mistakes and errors. Therefore, the Iriga City Public Library Management System is ready for implementation.1 aDaban, Alliyah Nicole A.eauthor.1 aOdiada, Maria Erika C.eauthor. eadviser.aLlagas, Josefina H. echair, panelist.aRamizares, Maricris L. epanelist.aPandes, Tiffany Lyn O. epanelist.aBeriña, Jonie M.
