This study aims to determine the academic performance of third year and fourth year students in the program of Bachelor of Science in Office Administration amidst covid19 pandemic at CSPC by assessing their profiles in terms of technology use, device and materials, time on task and mode of instructions. It determined the profile of the 37 BSOA student-respondents along age, year and section, and sex; personal and educational information of 15, 3d year and 27 4th year students. It tested some assumptions using the descriptive survey method and data gathering instrument such as questionnaire. The data gathered were treated statistically using percentage technique, and weighted mean, rank order method and scale interpretation. The major findings are majority of the students are moderately affected with the factors in terms of technology, device and materials, time on task, and mode of instruction. The profile of the respondent's findings shows that majority of students wherein 89.2% of 37 respondents are female which means that female dominate males in office Administration program. The recommendations are: 1. Instructors need to have a good connection with the students 2. This study also emphasizes the need of broad consideration in accessing learning resources when it comes to submission of activities.3. Students should find a better way to make their academic performance 4. Professors should have the alternatives in distributing performance task for those learners who don't have stable connectivity. factors in terms of technology, device and materials, time on task, and mode of instruction.
