  <abstract>A brand-new range of tasty Rice Puto with a Filipino flair that is influenced by Bicolano's expertise. The goal of this research is to create a new Rice Puto product using Dinuguan, as well to create a native delicacy and establish a culture that would benefit Bicolano's. The collected data will be utilized to define the process and product through the use of experimental methods and quantitative research.The systematic study of phenomena through collection of measurable data and the application of statistical, or computational methods known as a quantitative research. Experimental methods are research design in which researchers explicitly and intentionally induces exogenous variation in the intervention assignment to facilitate casual inference. The researchers used quantitative research and experimental methods in gathering information, using numerical data to evaluate the acceptability of Rice Puto with Dinuguan. The study had been conducted in Nabua, Camarines Sur. To validate the availability of techniques in the area and an additional income to any person who participates and has eagerness on its productivity. Using a questionnaire, the respondents who were interviewed within the school's boundaries were selected. This study was conducted first semester of the academic year 2023-2024. The Rice Puto with Dinuguan is perfectly matched, the likes of any age because it's already existing as part of our meal and gives satisfaction on creating a hassle-free snack. TThe questionnaire was given a wide range of ages. The researchers formulate Survey-Questionnaires after reading several studies that relate to the present. The researchers will gather numerous data and information that needed by using questionnaires as a tool to find out the effectiveness of "Rice Puto with Dinuguan filling" in terms of quality characteristics and level of acceptability.</abstract>
