The goal of this research is to create a new Rice Puto product using Dinuguan, as well to create a native delicacy and establish a culture that would benefit Bicolano's. The study had been conducted in Nabua, Camarines Sur. To validate the availability of techniques in the area and an additional income to any person who participates and has eagerness on its productivity. Using a questionnaire, the respondents who were interviewed within the school's boundaries were selected. This study was conducted first semester of the academic year 2023-2024.
