Supportive to this undertaking, the study designed an interactive UI/UX prototype of an enrollment system for the Senior High School (SHS) of Nabua National High School (NNHS) guided by the Lean UX approach. In particular, the study aims to achieve the following: identify the existing enrollment process in which online registration is conducted using Google Forms provided in the Senior High School's official Facebook page, design and create a prototype using Figma as a prototyping tool covering the modules for Enrollment and Administration Processes and evaluate the prototype using usability testing. The study employed a mixed-method research design, covering quantitative and qualitative methods to cover the study's specific objectives. Using a survey questionnaire, the respondents measured the prototype's usability and summarized the data using the weighted mean and standard deviation. The students responded with an "Agree" level on the ease of use with an average mean of 4.28, and "Strongly Agree" for IT Experts, on a scale of 4.55, which gives satisfactory performance of the designed prototype. Upon analysis of the result, the prototype proves its usability agreement for an enhanced and engaging school enrollment process. Therefore, this only agrees to acknowledge the study for actual enrollment systems in contributing valuable insights to the online enrollment systems field, providing a foundation for future advancements and innovations.1 aIsaac, Jeanie Mae F.eauthor.1 aObero, Ezel Dale H.eauthor. aBenosa, Brenda D.eadviser. aLuzon, Niño Jeffrey L.echair, panelist. aBaaluis, Ichelle F.epanelist. aColle, Jonuel Rey N.epanelist. 2ddcn0cUMhL979iiBSISkUTHm2023 00102ddc4070aCSPCbCSPCcUTHd2025-02-27l0oUTH BSIS L979I 2023p006443UMr2025-02-27 14:17:18t1-1w2025-02-27yUM c28955d28955
