<subfield code="a">This study aimed to determine the qualities of the campus organization officers of private high schools in Buhi, Camarines Sur; the problems they have encountered, and the proposed recommendations that will help the respondents enhance their leadership skills. Major findings include: Qualities- (1) in computer literacy, it shows that the average weighted mean of Buhi Southeastern Academy Inc. (BSEAI) is 2.62 and interpreted as very satisfactory. The Buhi Lyceum (BL) has an average weighted mean of 2.27 and is interpreted as satisfactory. The Buhi St. Joseph's Academy Inc. (BSJAI) has an average weighted mean of 2.72 and is interpreted as very satisfactory. Among all, the St. Bridget School (SBS) has the highest result with an average weighted mean of 2.94 and is interpreted as very satisfactory; (2) in human relation, the BSEAI has an average weighted mean of 3.27 and is interpreted as very satisfactory; The BL with an average weighted mean of 2.88 and is interpreted as satisfactory; the BSJAI with an average weighted mean of 3.51 and interpreted as excellent; and the SBS with an average weighted mean of 3.41 and is interpreted as excellent; (3) in conceptual, it shows that among all school the SBS has the highest weighted mean of 3.16 and interpreted as very satisfactory, followed by the BSEAI with an average weighted mean of 3.01 and interpreted as very satisfactory; the BSJAI with an average weighted mean of 2.95 and interpreted as very satisfactory; and lastly, the BL with an average weighted mean of 2.87 and interpreted as very satisfactory; problems encountered- (4) the findings revealed that the BESAI has the highest problems encountered in Computer Literacy with an average weighted mean of 2.60 and interpreted as encountered. The BL was second, with an average weighted mean of 2.24 and interpreted as seldom, followed by the BSJAI with an average weighted mean of 2.19 and interpreted as seldom, and the lowest problems encountered is the SBS with an average weighted mean of 1.99 and interpreted as seldom; (5) The highest problems encountered in human relation is in the school BSEAI with an average weighted mean of 2.57 and interpreted as encountered; second is the BSJAI with an average weighted mean of 2.19 and interpreted as seldom; third is the BL with an average weighted mean of 1.95 and interpreted as seldom; lastly, the lowest problems encountered in this skills is the SBS with an average weighted mean of 2.52 and interpreted as encountered; the BSJAI with an average weighted of 2.26 and interpreted as seldom; the BL with an average weighted mean of 1.79 and interpreted as seldom; and the SBS with an average weighted mean of 1.59 and interpreted as never. The following conclusions were also drawn: (1) the researchers concluded that the technical skills of the respondents from Buhi Lyceum need more improvement and practice for them to finally master it since they got the lowest average weighted mean. On the other hand, the three remaining private schools got a very fine average weighted mean. (2) After finding out that Buhi St. Joseph Academy Inc. and St. Bridget School got the highest average weighted mean, the researchers therefore concluded that Buhi Southeastern Academy Inc. and Buhi Lyceum need more practice in public speaking and communication skills. They have to interact and participate more in and out of school activities. (3) The findings under the conceptual show that the respondents are at an average level. The researchers therefore concluded that the school and the leaders are capable in making good decisions for the organization, controlling the organization, and organizing the things that matter for the organization. (4) It was found that the respondents really have problems encountered. Therefore, the researchers concluded that the respondents must be aware of taking proper action regarding this matter. This will also help them enhance their qualities in leading. Lastly, the recommendations given by the researchers must be considered by the campus officers. </subfield>
