  <abstract>The research on the calabash or Crescentia Cujete fruit aimed to elevate its underappreciated status by introducing a novel milk tea flavor. By enhancing its taste and aesthetic appeal, the researchers aimed to establish it as a popular flavor for future generations. This initiative not only sought to elevate the fruit's recognition but also aimed to positively impact local communities and farmers by creating a market demand for the fruit. Employing a quantitative research design and a descriptive survey method, the study assessed the acceptability of calabash milk tea in terms of appearance, aroma, taste, and texture. The findings revealed that Sample B was the most preferred among the three samples, indicating a potential formulation for widespread acceptance of calabash milk tea. The study's significance lies not only in diversifying the tea market but also in promoting sustainable agricultural practices by supporting local fruit cultivation. Furthermore, the research sheds light on the socio-economic aspects of this endeavor, emphasizing its potential to create employment opportunities and boost income for local farmers. By exploring consumer preferences and acceptance levels, the study provides valuable insights into product development strategies, ensuring the market success of calabash milk tea. The positive response from the surveyed population underscores the potential for transforming the calabash fruit into a commercially viable and widely embraced product, fostering economic growth and sustainability in local agricultural communities. The research illuminates the calabash fruit's cultural significance, intertwining traditional roots with modern tastes. Its transformative potential extends beyond markets, fostering cultural pride and heritage preservation.</abstract>
