It seeks to answer the following questions (1.) To determine the demographic profile of the respondents in terms of (a.) Age (b.) Gender (c.) Civil Status (d.) Highest Educational Attainment (e.) Years of Teaching Experience and (f.) Employment Status. (2.) The Gender Sensitivity Awareness and Practices of Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges-Buhi Campus Faculty determine the following; (a.) teaching strategies utilized to incorporate gender sensitivity awareness, (b.) assess the perceived level of gender sensitivity awareness; and (3.) Action Plan to propose to achieve gender responsiveness of Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges-Buhi Campus Faculty. The conclusion drawn from the study are; (1.) Majority of the respondents are adult aged 35 and above, female, married, mostly a bachelor's degree holder with 3-6 and 6-9 years of teaching experience and are mostly Regular Instructor/Administrative Staff/Officer of Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges-Buhi Campus. (2.) The Gender Sensitivity Awareness and Practices of Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges-Buhi Campus Faculty was concluded that they are promoting gender sensitivity awareness in the classroom, and they are familiar with the concept of gender sensitivity, and they believed that gender sensitivity is important in an educational setting. (3.) The researcher proposed action plan to achieve gender responsiveness, and it was strongly agreed by the respondents to promote gender equality and inclusivity on campus, implement policies or changes in the college to create a safer and more supportive environment for individuals of all gender identities, and improve the recruitment and retention efforts to ensure a diverse and gender-inclusive faculty and staff.
