107 leaves. Internship is a form of experiential learning that integrates theory and knowledge learned in the classroom with practical application and skill development in a professional setting. This study is about the Assessment of the Student Internship Program of the Bachelor of Science in Office Administration students in Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges, Buhi Campus with the subject of the perceived level of effectiveness, problems encountered by the student trainers along with verbal communication skills, written communication skills, critical thinking skills, interpersonal skills, time management skills, the advantages of the student internship program for the student's future career, and the proposed recommendations to enhance the skills of the students. Sixty (60) respondents from the Bachelor of Science in Office Administration Students in Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges, Buhi Campus who were systematically chosen. The descriptive method was used to attain the objectives. The instrument used in this study was a research-made survey questionnaire conducted online for data collection and was interpreted using weighted mean, 4-point Likert scale type, and rank ordering method. The result showed that the perceived level of effectiveness of the respondents in terms of verbal communication skills, written communication skills, critical thinking skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills were all rated as sometimes encountered. Additionally, there are advantages of the student internship program for the student's future career and there are proposed recommendations to enhance the skills of the students. Maria Lora Cheena A.
