  <abstract>This study aimed to determine the personal and work-related experiences of selected LGBTQ+ members in Nabua in the field tourism industry. Its intent answered the following questions: what are the attributes of the selected respondents, what are the challenges and concerns encountered of a LGBTQ+, what can a LGBTQ+ member contribute to the tourism industry and what can be proposed to lessen the experience criticism of LGBTQ+ members. This study is delimited LGBTQ+ people who work in the tourism sector and are willing to discuss their personal and professional experiences. The study's methodology is based on a purposive sampling from the 3A's of tourism's 5A's, the accommodations, activities, and amenities available to LGBTQ+ employees and promote multicultural diversity. Results of the study found out that most of the LGBTQ+ employees still encounter discrimination, most of them experienced depression and low self-esteem. Lastly, the prepared promotional tool aimed to motivate the LGBTQ+ community on their attributes, challenges and concerns.</abstract>
