TI - Study life balance of CSPC BSOA student during the new normal / N1 - Undergraduate Theses (BSOA) - Office Administration; Includes bibliographical references N2 - This study aimed to assess the study-life balance of BSOA students during the new normal in Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges. Included in this study are the profile of the respondents, the factors affecting the students, and the relationship between the factors affecting the study life balance of BSOA students and their profile. The methodologies used were quantitative — descriptive research design and the following statistical tools used in this study are: (a) Cronbach's Alpha, (b) Frequency count, (c) Percentage technique, (d) Weighted Mean, (e) Ranking System, and (f) Spearman Rank Correlation Coefficient. The results yielded were: 1.) majority of the respondents belong to the age bracket of 18 - 22 years old, female with a family income of P5,000 - 20.000, and 5-8 family members; 2.) the factors affecting the study-life balance of BSOA college were stress management, network connectivity. and rains and weather disturbances; 3.) there is no significant relationship between the profile of the respondents and the factors affecting their study-life balance in terms of Individual Factors, Learning Tasks, and Environment. Given the foregoing results, the researchers present the following recommendations: (1) the school should conduct a face-to-face class to make the students attentive and focus because it helps them to establish their knowledge and to develop their skills and imagination, (2) the college should conduct a more rigid school-to-school campaign to break the stigma that the office administration is for females only, and (3) an internet connection for students so that they can access online activities, quizzes, and recitations. As a result, the researchers made a brochure type material to aid students on how they can improve balancing their study & personal lives in the new normal. ER -
