<br/><br/> This study aimed to identify the rise and development of Maruk Baruk Beach Resort and Events Place in Pararao Balatan, Camarines Sur. Specifically, the descriptive method was used in this study utilizing the questionnaire as the main gathering tool. The statistical tool used were the weighted mean and frequency and percentage distribution. The inquiry was limited only to the 5 A's of Maruk Baruk Beach Resort and Events Place concerning to the Level of Perception of the Respondents and the Quality and Services of the Destination. The respondents were delimited to the people who visited the destination and availed the services on the day of the survey. The following were the findings and recommendations of the study that were obtained during the research; The average weighted mean for the level of perceptions of tourist about Maruk Baruk Beach Resort and Events Place was satisfactory. The resort was capable of meeting the desired attributes of the visitor and this causes positive images for the place and this will be one of the ways to promote the destination to the new travelers. In terms of the quality of the services and destination, the average weighted mean was satisfactory. The services given at the destination along with its amenities, attraction, accommodation, accessibility and activities was good enough for its price which causes people to avail more of the offered facilities. The good attitude of the personnel was a pull factor that help visitors to visit again the destination. The researchers came up with a proposed output which is promotional video and travel brochure focuses on the different features of Maruk Baruk Beach Resort and Events Place.
