N2  - In Baao, Camarines Sur, there are also several natural attractions that have the potential development as ecotourism destination, one of the famous tourist attractions is the Manrognow View with the Century Old Balete Tree in Antipolo. However, these are far-flung the urban area of Baao which makes it more thought-provoking and adventurous to visit. The word "Manrongow" is a Baaoeflo term which means `'over-looking". The purpose of this study is to identify the profile of the destination such as accessibility, attractiveness, activities, safety and security, and local residence. likewise. SWOT analysis on the profile of Manrongow View. The study used descriptive-correlational using structured questionnaire as data gathering tool. Also, the stud\ used Spearman Correlation method to test the hypothesis of the study. The researchers were able to discover the need to be developed and improved on the destination. Likewise, the researchers concluded that collaboration of government, residents, and tourist is crucial to create and establish a safe and secure destination. However, resident can affect the progress of the destination. Attitudes of the local is one of the most important attributes of the destination to attract tourist. Generally, the null hypothesis is rejected. There is a significant relationship between the profile of the destination and its SWOT analysis. Respondents` responses and perception differ based on their exposure to those given tourism attributes. I fence, the researchers were able to come up with an action plan pro\ ided ith the four main key performance indicators which aims for the tourism destination development and sustainability.
