Extracting its oil content is still traditionally processed. As an intervention, this study aims to provide and develop a design to extract the pili pulp using an extracting machine. The researchers used the descriptive-developmental method in conceptualizing the ideas and design of the proposed model. This method acts as a framework for gathering data concerning the objectives of the study. The researchers designed the device based on various suggestions from the panelists and theories adapted to the study. The Pili Pulp Oil Extracting Machine was made up of several parts, including a screw shaft, nozzle, hopper, chamber, and frame. The device has gone through several stages of development, including planning, designing, fabrication, testing, modification, and evaluation. Through its design and function, the Pili Pulp Oil Extracting Machine could achieve its goal. The quality of the materials that were used contributes to durability and safety of the machine. The pili pulp extracting machine is effective because the study's findings demonstrated that the design is capable of extracting oil from pili pulp. The extraction capacity should be limited to 100 g/min at 76 rpm and the safety of the machine's operation is achieved through ease of use and seamless execution of the design without compromising an important aspect of the machine's design. 1 aBonilla, Angelica S.,eauthor1 aCabarles, Janine P.,eauthor1 aColarina, Maria Lyka P.,eauthor1 aDela Cruz, Denmark,eauthor1 aFabor, Alexander Brix G.,eauthor1 aLagriada, John Arthur D.,eauthor1 aBustinera, Joeffrey D.,etechnical adviser1 aLucena, Leo E.,echair, panelist1 aAguado, April Joy F.,epanelist1 aMarquez, Joseph Nathan B.,epanelist
