The overall purpose of this study is to design a stone crushing and sieving machine based on codes and standards. Specifically, it answers the following questions (1) What is the standard parameter for aggregate? Based on Sizes, Stress, and Density (2) What is the design of the crushing and sieving machine? based on Standard materials, Capacity, Power Consumption, and Safety. The design machine is a single-roll crusher machine with a 20-hp electric motor that has an energy consumption of 65.62 kW/hr. and can be operated by one person because it is simple to manipulate during operation. The major goal of this study is to propose a machine that combines stone sieving and crushing to produce sieved sand. Moreover, it is more economical than the existing design, and it can be easy to operate and safe.
