The research used a quantitative-descriptive research method and collected data through field surveys and measurements of TV white space using the RF Explorer. A questionnaire was also administered to a representative sample of households in each of the study areas to gather information on their socioeconomic profile. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive statistics, and GIS software was used to map out the TV white space availability in the study areas. The findings of the study showed that TV white space is available in the study areas, with varying degrees of availability. The socioeconomic profile of the residents in the study areas was also found to influence their access to and use of TV white space technology.
