In addition to getting water from the water district, water bills must be paid on a monthly basis. As a result of the increasing number of consumers, water providers are trying to keep up with the rising number of water bills. Manual record keeping and billing is inefficient and prone to errors. Furthermore, in order to address the identified problems, the study was conducted by researchers to create a web based water billing software to store and manage the records of all the billing activities of the water board. It helps to save the record of consumers, cashiers, and monthly bills. It also helps to send consumers monthly bills via web-based system. The study used iterative model to determine the process of the developed system. The admin and cashier staff who are engaged with the water billing and the consumer of the Buhi are the respondents of the study. In order to acquire information that can be used to to solve difficulties, the researcher ran a survey and conducted face-to-face interviews at the office of Buhi Rural Waterworks. Results from decision based testing, equivalence testing, and user acceptance testing showed that the overall interpretation of the system is highly acceptable with a weighted of 0.92. Therefore, it is highly recommended for Buhi Rural Waterworks and Sanitation Multi-Purpose Cooperative to implement the Web-based water billing system (BRWSA-MPC).1 aReginaldo, Cathreine B.,eauthor1 aSergio, Jhennel D.,eauthor1 aVitalista, Aivan Daniel F.,eauthor1 aRamizares, Maricris L.,eadviser1 aVelasco, Kezia Abegail T.,epanelist, chair1 aManlapaz, Shiela Dona S.,epanelist1 aPandes, Tiffany Lyn O.,epanelist
