Technological advances can support the creation of new techniques that address the drawbacks of traditional methods while enhancing their benefits. Every institution records the attendance of each teacher and student. The faculty is required to keep accurate attendance records. The manual approach of keeping track of daily attendance could be more effective and takes more time to compile data and determine each student's average attendance. It is essential to develop a technology system that tracks attendance and helps teachers keep track of it. Generally, this system is easily accessible to the instructors to eliminate human faculty analysis of student attendance, the system must handle the manipulation and maintenance of student and employee attendance data. The study used qualitative and quantitative research using a descriptive-comparative methodology to identify the significant variance in functionality between the proposed system and the current attendance monitoring. The respondents of this study were the students and employees of Rosary School, Inc. in Del Rosario Baao, Camarines Sur. The researchers created questionnaires that were used to collect the data. Weighted mean was used to evaluate and interpret the collected data. Upon evaluation, the overall result shows a weighted mean of 0.86. The data analysis findings demonstrated that the new system outperformed the current status quo in terms of system efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, it is reasonable to implement the RFID-based attendance monitoring management at Rosary School, Inc. in Del Rosario Baao, Camarines Sur.
