Many faces dim employment and uncertain futures. The youth in this study were those aged 15-30 years' old who were not in school and unemployed, underemployed, or lacking basic skills. The purposes of this research are to study "Out of School Youth" situations and method of education provided for them from the related organizations and networks. 
The results of this study reveals that the factors that affecting the "out of school youth" include the background of the respondents regarding on the personal, educational, family and residential background, physical and mental factor, family factor, economic factor, and social factors. What needs to be provided for them from related organizations are sustainable system of education and vocational training.
