The study was primarily designed to determine the level of compliance on animal bite management among clients in government hospitals of Naga City. This study was delimited to animal bite treatment for the month of September to December 2019. The level of compliance on animal bite management along first-aid management and anti-rabies treatment as well as the intrinsic and extrinsic factors that affect the level of compliance were also looked into. The researcher employed the descriptive-correlational method in this study. The data were gathered through the questionnaire. This was supplemented by informal interview, observation and records review. Percentage technique, weighted mean and Chi-square test of independence were used to treat the data gathered from the total population of 927 animal bite clients.
