Josephina Belmonte Duran Memorial District hospital, Dr. Sofronio B. Garcia Memorial Hospital, and Perpetual help clinic. The descriptive type of research was used with the questionnaire-checklist as the main data gathering instrument. The researcher used weighted mean and Spearman rank correlation as the statistical tools.
