Sexual education is a crucial component of adolescent development, providing young. This study investigated Effectiveness of Comprehensive Sexuality Education among the students at Nabua National High School (NNHS) in Nabua, Camarines Sur. The research aimed to assess student’s knowledge, skills, and attitudes regarding core CSE concepts, determine the effectiveness in developing the various formation among the students, and explore barriers to its effective implementation. The study also proposed a plan to enhance the CSE program at NNHS. The study utilized a descriptive- correlational design and employed a structured questionnaire to gather data from 310 Grade 9 and 10 students aged 15-16 years are selected through simple random sampling. The questionnaire assessed respondents' demographic profiles, knowledge of CSE concepts, values formation, and perceived barriers to the program's implementation. Data were analysed using percentage techniques, weighted mean, and chi-square test. Results indicated that students demonstrated a reasonable understanding of key sexual education topics, particularly in areas such as gender roles, emotional well-being, and STI prevention. However, notable gaps were identified in their knowledge of contraception methods, early pregnancy prevention, and access to sexual health services. Weaknesses were also evident in students' decision-making confidence, ability to express personal boundaries, and skills in evaluating reliable sexual health information. Cultural stigma, resource constraints, and inconsistent curriculum implementation were identified as significant barriers to the program's success. It identified that knowledge, skills, attitude and barriers that that hinder the effectiveness of Comprehensive Sexuality Education are significantly correlated. Based on these findings, the study underscores the need for improving the delivery of sexual education through interactive learning strategies, enhanced access to resources, and stronger involvement of parents and local communities. The development of a targeted action plan is recommended to address these gaps and improve the overall effectiveness of CSE at Nabua National High School.
