This study examined the awareness, accessibility, and utilization of telehealth services among the residents of Barangay Agdangan, Baao, Camarines Sur. Telehealth has been constantly developing as an innovation and alternative to traditional healthcare services. Despite that, socioeconomic gaps, financial challenges, digital illiteracy, and lack of infrastructure are still hindering accessibility. This study determined and identified the factors affecting the level of awareness, accessibility, and utilization of telehealth among the residents. Examined the significant relationship between the profile of the respondents and the extent of telehealth utilization in the locale. Using quantitative research specifically, descriptive-correlational design, data was collected from 294 respondents through a self-made questionnaire. Data was analyzed using statistical tools such as the weighted mean, Likert scale, and the Chi-Square test. The findings indicated that most of the respondents were female, 21-30 years old, married, and college graduates. Most of the respondents were employed, with most households having a family income of less than 9,520, having access to Wi-Fi, and living as nuclear families. The study suggests that the respondents demonstrated moderate awareness of the idea of telehealth. The respondents also had moderate access and utilization of telehealth was moderately utilized due to lack of infrastructure, financial instability, technical knowledge, and regulatory familiarity. The profile of the respondents such as age, civil status, highest educational attainment, family income, access to internet connectivity, and types of family structures were found significant to the extent of telehealth utilization, while the variable sex has no significant relationship to the extent of telehealth utilization. The findings of the study highlight the need for community-centered interventions to improve the implementation of telehealth. The research suggests developing digital literacy programs, expanding infrastructure including internet and telehealth providers, implementing policies that enhances affordability and accessibility. Addressing these challenges could improve and facilitate equitable telehealth integration in the locale, ultimately enhancing healthcare delivery in Barangay Agdangan, Baao, Camarines Sur and other communities.
