Nabua is a well-established commercial hub and a first-class municipality of Camarines Sur situated along the Legazpi-Iriga-Naga-Daet Growth Corridor (LINDGC). This strategic location supports agro-industrial trade and tourism, resulting in economic growth and making the transportation system necessary in Nabua. However, a large number of vehicles passing through the municipality cause significant traffic issues. Thus, having a transport terminal is crucial in Nabua. Specifically, this study aimed to determine the existing traffic conditions of the municipality, design a site development plan for the transport terminal, and develop an estimated cost of the land covered in the design. This study utilized a descriptive and developmental method in the design of the transport terminal to ascertain the capacity of the structure to accommodate vehicles. The traffic conditions in Nabua, Camarines Sur, revealed that motorcycles are the most common type, with almost 5,089 in the northbound lane. The highway is congested during peak hours at around 5:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Both the northbound and southbound are classified as LOS C with moderate traffic conditions as the highway's level of service. The site development plan for the transport terminal accommodates t buses, tricycles, UV express, jeepneys, and multicabs. Overall, the study promotes connectivity within a modal transport network in the Municipality of Nabua, Camarines Sur, highlighting the importance of improving terminal amenities and facilities in the area.
