They were developed based on family environments, economic factors, and psychological aspects of occurrence, and it concerns the training programs for the prevention and the personnel justified to carry out the actions for increasing awareness. The study relied on 121 adolescent teens, at age 13-19 years old, majority were Roman Catholic. Some of the issues detected in the course of the study included stress problems, romantic attraction toward the opposite sex, low earnings, and, early marriages. This arises in the aspect of household communication, whereby some of the members were pregnant while others were raised by birthright parents. The multiple regression analysis showed that there was a moderate relationship between marital history syndrome and adolescent pregnancies, and friends’ involvement in sexual harassment. It is recommended that a health education awareness campaign on the dangers of early pregnancies be carried out in selected barangays in Nabua Camarines Sur, to find a proper solution to the issue. Considering the elements of socioeconomic development, upon which the proposed health education strategies will be based, to aid in the solution of this problem.
